This sparked an ongoing fascination with how people interact in the workplace, what motivates them to take action, and how people connect and collide within organizational structures. Her career began at Manitoba Telephone Systems, as a project manager where she would take a struggling initiative and create a high functioning cohesive team that would consistently perform beyond expectations. She then took her passion for improvement to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority where she led initiatives to improve the healthcare system, mobilizing large groups of people to create system-wide change. In 2015, Heidi assumed the role of Director of Change Management and Project Services at the University of Manitoba, where she leads a team of internal consultants focused on guiding the University community through complex transformational challenges.

She is delighted to have the opportunity to support the change management community within Manitoba.
