Donna Castellano


Donna is a senior project manager at the WCB of Manitoba and a proud founding member of the Manitoba Chapter of Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). She has an expansive career of over 25 years of local and international business and technology related projects. Donna has proven success aligning strategies with mission-critical needs through high-profile initiatives and process improvements.

Donna is a practicing and certified; PMP (Project Management Professional), Prosci, ITIL Foundations specialist, and CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional).

Passion, enthusiasm, a dash of humour and great drive for change management describes Donna's positive outlook for the profession. With the current realization and desire by organizations as to the value of change management in driving successful implementation of their programs and projects, she believes it is both timely and opportunistic for practitioners to leverage the local chapter as well as ACMP global.

For over 20 years, Leanne has been serving organizations that want to change for the better, helping their workforces to become more effective and efficient, and to more readily embrace change. Leanne is a Senior Manager at MNP Consulting, working as a change management practitioner for several Manitoba organizations.

Leanne is the founding President of the ACMP Manitoba Chapter, and also supports ACMP Chapters forming worldwide as a Chair of ACMP's Chapter Formation Committee. Leanne believes passionately in the importance of paying attention to an organization's health and fostering strong and agile workforces. The change management profession has a unique role in supporting the growth of organizations while giving staff and leaders a voice in times of change. Leanne's work in the professional community is dedicated to raising the profile of change management in Manitoba and beyond.


Kris Hiebert - Treasurer

Kris is a motivated management consultant with over seventeen years' experience helping organizations deliver transformational change and realize intended benefits. Working with executives, Kris helps organizations define their visions for the future, develop strategies to meet their objectives and build change capacity. Kris holds two degrees from the University of Manitoba, is a Certified Management Consultant and has completed Prosci's Change Management and Enterprise Change Management certificates. Kris is currently the Practice Lead for Organizational Change Management at Online Business Systems and works with a variety of clients across multiple industries.


Enah Isidro - Secretary

Enah Isidro


Enah is an Organizational Development Consultant with Great-West Life. She has over 20 years experience in areas of human resources, training and development, organizational development, program management and change management.

She spent more than ten years of her career in change management, leading transformational change in cross- cultural/cross-functional organizations in Asia Pacific and supported various change initiatives both in public and private sectors in Manitoba. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Certificate in Project Management (Honours). Enah has PROSCI certification and a designation of a Certified Change Management Professional™.

Candace Stevens, PMP is a lead consultant with Sierra Systems specializing in change management. Candace’s experience ranges from a large number of clinical settings throughout North America, Europe and Australia. Candace is currently working with Manitoba eHealth as OCM lead to various projects to expand the use of electronic medical records within the acute care centers of Manitoba.

Craig Adam is a seasoned manager and expert in Organizational Change Management who leads teams through periods of transformation while unlocking human potential and discretionary effort. He builds team cohesiveness by helping each member to find his or her niche. His analytical approach to examining business processes consistently leads to efficiency gains and cost avoidance. He has almost 20 years of experience re-engineering processes in a variety of technical and management roles and has been writing computer software since childhood.

Craig was formally introduced to OCM under the personal guidance of LaMarsh Global CEO and industry thought leader Rick Rothermel. He is passionate about helping organizations reap the benefits of technology transformation by maximizing the acceptance of technical solutions. Joining ACMP in 2013, Craig has been a member of both the Calgary and Manitoba chapters.

She has 10 years of project management experience, leading teams in the successful delivery of internal capital projects and customer implementation project. She is interested in the people side of change to help leaders reach and sustain their organization’s change objectives.

Tanya Nietrzeba

Tanya has over 25 years' experience in facilitation, leadership, planning and project work incorporating change management in all of these facets. She currently works for Manitoba Hydro in the ITS division leading the Organizational Change Management Office. In her current role, she leads and prepares the Corporation in technological and process changes in various corporate initiatives. She has worked at the portfolio, program and project levels. Tanya contributes her experience through the many years of teaching, working with the people in the business, education and the variety of work that she lead and contributed to. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Education and Arts degree and a Certificate in Management. She holds a certification in Prosci, ignitem (Certificate in Change Leadership-Coach Training) and CCMP (Certificate in Change Management) designation through ACMP (Association of Change Management Profession).

Laura Thompson


Laura is a Senior Consultant with over 19 years of Business and IT consulting experience. She is a PROSCI Certified Organizational Change Management Professional and a Certified Business Process Management Professional with a passion for leveraging business architecture and process to deliver end to end coverage of people, process and technology. Laura has proven success leading and facilitating teams on a variety of change projects with a focus on optimizing business outcomes.
